Description
In the small town of Goslar Germany about 1000 years ago Gose was invented. The result was a mostly wheat, mildly tart beer with a salty tang due to the mineral content of the Goslar River water. The final touch is coriander which gives a bright lively impression. We hope you enjoy our take on this very sessionable, very refreshing beer that we developed with Dave Martin and Ducan English, two great neighbours that are also very talented brewers.
